Volunteer Tip   Back to Newsletter

Are you tired of working long hours and trying

to find enough people to help out?

Well Here’s a New  Idea That Should Help

Most of us in this position spend a lot of time trying to

recruit 4 or 5 people to try and help.

The trick is to just get 1 person a Volunteer Coordinator – who can recruit for you.

Question? I know but how do you find this person right?

And how to get time to do all the stuff you need to do to get hold of them?

Answer:  Ask your association development officer

or they or you can contact a Badminton NZ Development officer for help.

That way you can get help with who to recruit, what the role is etc.

Get the right person and you can sit back and watch the volunteers roll in.
