The following are the recommended court allocations and start times for ties – where the hall has sufficient courts

Seniors:

~ To be allocated 3 courts per tie – this will take 6 or 7 rounds to complete the 16 ties  - 3 ½ hours per tie

~ For 2 rounds:          Start at 9:00am and 1:00pm.  Expected finish   5:00pm.   Courts should be booked to 6:00 pm

~ For 3 rounds:          Start at 8:30am, 12:00pm and 3:30pm.  Expected finish   7:00pm.   Courts should be booked to 8:00 pm

Masters:

~ To be allocated 2 courts per tie – this will take 6 rounds to complete the 12 ties  - 3 hours per tie

~ For 2 rounds:          Start at 9:00am and 12:30pm.  Expected finish   4:00pm.   Courts should be booked to 5:00 pm

~ For 3 rounds:          Start at 8:30am, 12:00pm and 3:00pm.  Expected finish   6:00pm.   Courts should be booked to 7:00 pm

Veterans and Super Vets:

~ To be allocated 2 courts per tie – this will take 5 rounds to complete the 9 ties  - 2 ½ hours per tie

~ For 2 rounds:          Start at 10:00am and 1:00pm.  Expected finish   4:00pm.   Courts should be booked to 5:00 pm

~ For 3 rounds:          Start at 8:30am, 11:30am and 2:30pm.  Expected finish   5:30pm.   Courts should be booked to 6:00 pm
